Bio

Andrea Nardi is a fitness expert at Zing Coach as well as a personal trainer with qualifications from leading institutions in the United States and Italy. He is also an accomplished martial artist with many competitive victories and has obtained teaching qualifications at Shaolin Temple China under Master Shi Xing Mi (Walter Gjergja, co-founder of Zing Coach). He has coached hundreds of people, from fitness enthusiasts to professional athletes in diverse disciplines. 

Expertise

As a certified personal trainer and the first in Italy to achieve CPPS Level 1 and Level 2, Andrea’s expertise extends to most aspects of fitness training, both physical (strength, endurance, mobility) and mental. 

Andrea’s role as a teacher at the official Italian School for Personal Trainers further highlights his commitment to fostering physical and mental education and promoting a professional, scientific, safe, and effective approach to all forms of training, which Andrea applies throughout Zing Coach.
